- 敬对肆而言,敬是一步一步收敛向内,收敛至无内处,发出来自然畅四肢,发事业,弥漫六合。肆是一步一步放纵外面去,肆之流祸不言可知。所以千古圣人只一敬字为允执底关捩子。尧钦明允恭,舜温恭允塞,禹之安汝止,汤之圣敬日跻,文之懿恭,武之敬胜,孔子之恭而安,讲学家不讲这个,不知怎么做工夫。
